Meh, after reading dinahrae's post saying "So. John Brandis dead. Great. Bye bye my little ickle teencrush, I still watch SeaQuest beacuse of you (and the dorkieness that is Ted Raimi). Hell, I've watched Sidekicks so often, my eyes have started to bleed on ocassion. Wah wibble. Hope you're ok, wherever you are now." I'm trying to find information about it, but no website that usually what talk about it or anything mentions it! What the hell is going on? ;_;

I seriously don't know what to think. I too find it extremely fishy that all the reports are based on one measly website and that you get oodles of reports of fans who supposedly had hour-long chats with the coroner or something. Yeah right. On the other hand, I find it suspicious that the family / agents / actor himself don't hurry to slam the rumor as soon as it came up, ya know? So, it's just all very odd.

And yeah, I heard that Roy thing. IMO, both sides are painting the situation better or worse than it really is. It's really hard to get ANY decent information on this. The paper that reported Roy was close to death was The Globe which is known for such reliable reports such as "I had Elvis' alien baby" and the like, so I don't really owe them much credibility. On the other hand, I also get the impression Siegfried & Co are making everything look much BETTER than it is. From Siegfried's reports you get the impression Roy is having a great time, joking around and being super. I don't think that's true either. Wish I could get any real news on that...

Haha, yeah, that's the best part, the coroner giving out information to random people on the phone. I don't know if there are any laws in the USA, but it should be impossible. Supposing that it's a hoax, sooner or later Jonathan Brandis will get people calling him and asking "Are you dead? They say on the internet that you are!" How creepy must that be.

I think it's reasonable for Siegfried and other who are close to him would try to be as hopeful as possible. Considering that the press will turn every bit of information they can get into a horror story. It doesn't make a difference anyway, so let's just hope for the best.
