So... I stayed home from classes today. I was going to get up at 8:30, but I hadn't slept most of the night, torn between freezing attacks, bouts of heat flashes and nausea. When I looked at my face in the mirror I almost didn't recognize myself. I don't think I have had such huge shadows under my eyes before. I felt dizzy and sick. Yet I got dressed and everything, but while I was sitting at the table I just felt myself unable to stay awake. Mom decided that I couldn't possibly drive like that, so I reluctantly agreed and called the boss at work to let them know that I won't be coming in today. Then I went back to bed and slept till 2.

I feel horrible now. Because I'm still sick, but also because I've missed two important classes now T_T. This really sucks... I just hope I can somehow make up for it...

I can understand that you feel bad because of the missed classes, but I think it was really better that you stayed at home. Get better soon! *hugs*

Honey! I told you you should stay at home when sick! It's better to take care of yourself and get better than to go to school and get worse. Call your teachers and tell them you're sick and ask what you missed. Ask if there is something you can do at home to make up for it. Lie in bed and drink lots of tea and do home work *slowly.* Take care! *hugs*
