Woke up this morning at the usual fucking early time that I've gotten used to during the vacation. Meh... but I slept okay. Now I'm just feeling fat. I want to do more sporty stuff, I feel it. I'm craving to do things and I want to get my body in shape. Thing is, I don't know what I could do. Especially with my knee ;_;. Most of the things I'd be interested in bother my knee too much. I really need to have it fixed. I noticed it during the vacation, too. It really bothers me and I can barely do anything. Before the whole knee thing happened I would have ran up and down the rocks when we were walking along that river. I would have jumped on them and over them. Now I need someone to lend me their arm so that I can just step over them because I can't use my right knee at all. I feel like a geezer T_T. And as expected I've put on weight during the vacation. No wonder, with all the pizza and stuff. Mew... I really wish I knew a way to work-out and diet nicely. I want to lose more weight.

I've kept a journal everyday. For Tom. To share my experiences with him, but also to record what I've been doing. Didn't want to forget it all. I had originally planned on posting it to LJ, too, but now I'm no longer sure if I want to. For one, it's mine, isn't it? And then, who else would care. So, I'm probably going to post it private or something. Although, I do want some people to read it, just out of convenience, so I don't have to tell everything XD. Hm... *debates* What to do...

*snugs gently* Yes, you definately need something for your knee. It bothers you too much... I'm sure you'd workout more naturally if you had it fixed up somehow also.

Keep your journal to yourself, that's easiest. Just take any little bits of info you'd share anyhow and build one big post about your trip that you want to share. ^^

Well, first off: you can send me the journal and I will read it when i have time. I am totally going to force you to read my account of the Visby trip when it's finished so then we'll be even. ;-) As for the knee... can you swim in the pool? Or is that too streneous as well? Was the pizza real Italian pizza? *hugs*

LOL! okay! ^_^;;; But you don't have to read it, really! O.o But if you want to, you can read it, sure.

I guess I could swim... but I'm embarrassed to wear a swimsuit ;_;. And it does get expensive. But yes, it is an option. As long as my knee isn't too bad, then swimming hurts.

And yes, it was real American pizza of course. Uber-yummy! ^_~

Uhhh... I said Italian pizza. American pizza in Italy??

And it does get expensive.
I thought you had a pool? Malin has joined the bathhouse/gym/health club/relaxation place for 450 a month she has total access. That way she can't ever complain about not affording to, because they withdraw the money from her account the second she gets her salary.

Urgh, excuse me, I left my brain in the cookie jar at the door -.-;;;. Italian pizza of course. *groans*

And the pool we have isn't really big enough to swim in. Most private pools aren't, I'd say. I mean, you need at least 25 to 50m to really be able to swim nicely! (I used to swim regularily when I was a teenager, even did competitions and all. I really swim fast, so anything small doesn't do for me. When I kick off I've already covered 10 meters! LOL) Besides, our pool is a small splashy pool, good enough to sit around in and cool off. It's not a swimming pool. There's no health club around here that's really good ;_;. There's one where my mom goes to once a week. I used to go there after I had finished school. It sucks. It's really a muscle place, lots of bodybuilders, mostly guys, or bored housewives who workout some on the steppers. I hate that place ;_;. A friend of mine goes to a wonderful Lady's Only club that has spinning, stepping, yoga and all that jazz, but it'd be too far away for me to really make sense ;_;.
