2. What does your middle name mean?
Unknown. Some people believe it derives from Hekate or the Greek word for "tortured" o.o;
3. What does your last name mean?
Derived from a Germanic name, war "guard" combined with heri "army" => army defender
4. So what does your name mean when put together?
Uhm, tortured army defender bearing a crown?
5. What would you have been named if you were the opposite gender?

6. Any other name oddities?
My dad always calls me by an ancient version of my second name, most people I know have a different name for me than my given name and I thank them for that.

No.
2) What do you like best about it?
That it's spelled oddly and that it sounds elegant when pronounced differently.
3) What do you like least about it?
That it's a common boring name.
4) If you HAD to change your name (witness protection program, whatever), what would you want it to be?
Silver Kayito, or something similar.
