Okay, when did LJ stop showing special characters? This really sucks! I mean, I can live with this now, but what about people who have journals in German or French or any other non-English language? Besides, how is one supposed to do cute emoticons? I can't even do the eyebrow-lifter or the concerned frown anymore! This is VERY sucky!!!

This is true. I found it by accident. I wonder why they didn't make it a general announcement O-o
