Other: I believe that each man gets born into a body and into a family that agrees with his karma. I believe in reincarnation and in the punishment of being human again, and having to solve one's psychological problems in each lifetime. In this case, the "bad seed" is inheritance of the problems of the soul from the last life. Yes, I think he should be punished, but not by death penalty, because that's too harsh and who says we can do it, but he should still be punished by lifetime imprisonment, maybe confinement into an asylum or something, because he needs this punishment to solve his problem.
