(There Can be Miracles) When You Believe
Aug. 29th, 2003 03:55 pm(There Can be Miracles) When You Believe
from The Prince of Egypt
from The Prince of Egypt
Many night we've prayed
With no proof anyone could hear
In our hearts a hopeful song
We barely understood
Now we are not afraid
Although we know there's much to fear
We were moving mountains
Long before we knew we could
There can be miracles
When you believe
Though hope is frail
It's hard to kill
Who knows what miracles
You can achieve
When you believe
Somehow you will
You will when you believe
In this time of fear
When prayer so often proved in vain
Hope seemed like the summer birds
Too swiftly flown away
Yet know I'm standing here
With heart so full I can't explain
Seeking faith and speaking words
I never thought I'd say
There can be miracles
When you believe
Though hope is frail
It's hard to kill
Who knows what miracles
You can achieve
When you believe
Somehow you will
You will when you believe...
Ashira l’Adonai ki gaoh gaah 1
Ashira l’Adonai ki gaoh gaah
Michamocha baelim Adonai 2
Michamocha ne darbakodesh 3
Nachitah v’chasd’cha am zu gaalta 4
Nachitah v’chasd’cha am zu gaalta
Ashira, Ashira, Ashira. 5
There can be miracles
When you believe
Though hope is frail
It's hard to kill
Who knows what miracles
You can achieve
When you believe
Somehow you will
Now you will
You will when you believe
You will when you believe1 I will sing to the Lord, for He has triumphed gloriously
2 Who is like You, oh Lord, among the celestial
3 Who is like You, majestic in holiness
4 In Your love, You lead the people You redeemed
5 I will sing, I will sing, I will sing

Love.
You.
I'll wait until I get home to order it, though.
Ireland, however, is one of the most beautiful countries I've seen (however, since I lived in Scotland 17 years and went Up North a few times) it's decidedly not hilly enough in the central area I live in. Bah.
But then again, it's difficult to find anything more pretty than Glencoe, in my eyes.
