I just found out that Pepsi has 41 grams of sugar per can!!! That's 1.45 ounces or 13 sugarcubes, if you want. THIRTEEN! That means 12% of the entire can is pure sugar! And if you think about drinking Sprite, forget it. Sprite is only one sugarcube less >_<;;;.

I'll never drink soda again.

o.o; What kind of apple juice are you drinking??? Come to think of it, it could be right. HOWEVER! You disregard one thing. Several actually:

1) Of course juices contain lots of sugar which is why I always propagated water. (If you may remember, I'm not pleased about drinking lots of juices and milk either, because of sugar and fat)
2) If you make apple soda, the actual apple content is watered down considerable (or at least SHOULD be -.-)
3) Fruit sugar (fructose) is more nutritious than the one used on sodas.
