Damn you, Melatonin. I took it two days in a row and already am depressed to a point that I can't do anything but sit around and feel sorry for myself T_T. Why can I only choose between sleeping and being depressed? Can't I sleep and feel happy? *meows*

Gonna watch Bowling for Colombine now...

It's OTC and it's natural sleeping stuff. It's nothing big, really. It's supposed to help you sleep naturally and not be habit-forming, however it does have the side effect of making you depressed and usually I didn't notice it, but now I did, so I stopped taking it again. No biggy! ^.^
