Most het couples actually, because they're always kinda cheesy. Especially Harry/Hermione. I don't much like Harry/Ron either, but it doesn't squick me. Draco/Ron kinda seems stupid to me, but still no squick. *thinks* I guess any pairing involving Dumbledore and McGonagall would squick me ^_^;;;.
What type of story (lemon, torture, etc.) squicks you?

Does any type of pairing (het, slash, incest) squick you? If so, what?
het semi-squicks me, but not always. I'm just not too keen on reading it. Cross-generational het squicks me though.
Do any characters squick you?
Dobby, Gollum, characters who are grimey and icky per default...
