Help, anyone?

I'm currently writing a story for a project in Nature Writing. This story involves a river and since I'm trying to impersonate the river I need a couple, a LOT, of words that describe water, the sounds, movements etc. that water or a river makes, words to describe its looks, texture etc. I already collected a bunch, but maybe you guys can think of some, too? That's be incredibly helpful! Just toss in any words you can think of! ^_^
