Jan. 6th, 2003 05:47 pmI hate Gator. Those pop-ups are so annoying and it's really a nuisance should you ever happen to install it accidentally. I was just forced to close a huge pop-up via taskmanager where they explained in great detail why it is so extremely important to press "yes" next time they request to install their software.
I feel like the conversation went like this:
"Do you want to install our nice software?" - no
"Are you sure you don't want this FREE software?" - yes
"Did you know that installing this software can increase your system's performance considerably?" - no
"We're going to give you another chance. Do you want to?" - no
"Not installing this software may cause serious damage to your system. Are you sure?" - yes
"Come on... don't be that way. Install?" - no
"Fine. Then screw up your system. I don't care!" - ok
