i hate to say it, but yes.. he dies. wufei and him battle, and wufei kills him.. but, he was a much better pilot than wufei. many (myself included) believe he wanted to die.. the war got so meaningless, he wasnt even fighting for the same thing anymore. so he died, and ended it.

and it is gundam *w*.. the w is just said as wing.. *grumbles a bit more* damn american crap, ruining perfectly good anime.. *snicker*

Ah, that's not quite true. That's what people say who can't read Japanese. If you look at the logo, there's only the W, yes, but that's just the Western writing which is, at best, a decoration. But if you look above the W is says in katakana "uingu", Wing. So, you could say *American crap" only says W! ^_^
