It's in a book (an anthology) by Vansittart, one of my favorite quotes... Look for a book titled "Voices 1870-1914" if you have the weekend, I'll for it, I remember that quote. The spurce should be in the book.

Oh please please please! If you can find the exact source for me I will love you forever! *rubs against your legs like a cat* I have no way of finding the source myself as it is now! *whines* I will look for what you said, but I doubt I can find the exact bibliographical location I need (meaning the pages too). *sobs*

If all else fails I have to make up the page... *blushes*
