Anyways, this pic is from a two page spread in the second Mizerable hardcover photobook. (the other part has him with masa. h.n;;;) there are other yummy pictures in the book as well. Anyways, you can order this book through Sasuga (www.sasugabooks.com) or your favorite import bookstore. You can get it on ebay sometimes.

ISBN number is 4-87279-022-7 and it originally cost 3300 yen.
