Weird...

Someone put a note at my windscreen saying "I've noticed you personally and I would like to talk with you about business. Call me at..."

o_O

What shall I do? Is this stupid spam? Shall I just call? It's a handwritten note. Hm... too weird.

Sounds weird. At best a prankster, at worst a stalker. *eyes dart left and right*

Oh, I *so* wouldn't call. It's just an advertising/sales technique to make it seem personal, thereby piquing your curiosity and encouraging you to call.

Unless you really are interested in hearing about time-share condos in Majorca or the latest software company?... *g*

--jen, who hates to seem whiny, but really wonders what you thought of the email she sent to Juliet that she posted last night... :)

Yeah...

That was my initial thought, too, but my dad saw the woman put the note at my windscreen and he said she was looking around and then went directly toward my car! o_O

Very confusing...

About your email, I thought it was very nice! The perfect mix between offering friendship and keeping a certain distance. I hope she'll appreciate it... *hugs* I'm proud of you that you made it!

And she didn't put them anywhere else? That is creepy weird then.

Good, I'm glad you didn't think it was too much. I was afraid it was too strong...

And I'm so glad Li's okay! *hugs* I can only imagine how scared you must've been...

Oh, one more thing -- this site (http://www.psyche.kn-bremen.de/) has decent mp3s of all the Buffy musical songs... Tara's song ("I Am Under Your Spell") is so pretty... I didn't think the quality was that great on Spike's song ("Rest in Peace"), though. It has all the lyrics, as well.

Now if I can just figure out how to burn a CD on this puter (I'm at the lab) I'll be all set (I don't see a program to do it, though I know this puter has a CD-RW drive...)
