silversolitaireI'm very pleased right now. I just tried out that cable I need to hotsync Vincent with Cid jr.. It works like a charm! Thank God. I was so disappointed when I noticed that I couldn't link my Psion to the computer because I was missing a parallel port. Now I bought that adapter thingy and it works! Wai! Now I can put the files that I wrote on Vincent back to Cid when I get back home! Cool, eh?
I'm starving Vincent right now. I want to see what happens when the battery is low. Whether he switches off or so. I wonder, if he loses his data, too. My bro said that these handheld systems have no permanent storage at all. They are only the memory chip, so to speak. So, when there's no energy, it's over. It forgets everything. The software, too. I can't believe that it would do that just because it's been out of battery for a day or so. But it might. So I'm testing it as long as I have nothing on it.
Down to 12%... *snore* Takes forever.
