silversolitaireCalmed a bit now. I'm tired. Feel asleep on the train today. Next to me was this elderly lady and I wanted to give my seat to her hubby who had to sit somewhere else, but she put her hand on mine and said, "Stay seated, dear. We've been together for such a long time now, we can survive sitting apart for a few minutes!" That was so cute. She was very kind, too. Her hand was so warm and soft. I almost wanted to hug her. Then I feel asleep and I have the distinct feeling I snored! How embarrassing. When I woke up again, she smiled at me and said "The cozy warmth makes it to easy to fall asleep! Don't worry about it, dear!" *smiles*
Too bad I'll never see her again. *sighs* The bane of big cities.
There was an anthrax alert on the sub today! Scared the hell out of me... I always kinda felt safe here. But I think it was a prank. How funny...
It turns out that I share many classes with two friends of mine. I liked them a whole bunch. The terms before the last one, we spent so much time together. They were very hangoutable. But they know everyone... they probably hardly pay any attention to me.
Had a lecture on British literature of the 20th century. We'll be doing Harry Potter, too. That's going to be fun. Another project class sounds like a lot of work, but also fun. Intercultural communication sounds cool, too.
This morning, I got a huge scare. I woke up to the banging of the front door. Knowing that I'm alone, it kinda... surprised me. But then I realized it was the guy who's supposed to repair the heater. My dad had given him a key beforehand. Sheesh... I was quite scared anyway!
I should eat something now...
