Happy Birthday to me...

So, today's my 25th birthday. I don't feel any different, even though people tell me it's an important age I don't feel any different. I feel older, that's for sure. Presents were as scarce as expected, but that's okay. People are trying to make it special for me, so that's nice. I got to request a meal for lunch, which I did. And I got a nice cake in the afternoon. In between we went to IKEA, which was fairly boring, but after that we went to a CD store where I bought 3 DVDs for myself. My personal birthday present, you could say. I got a Bob Ross palette, two brushes and some gesso from the parents. My bro got me a painting knife which I suggest he merely took out of my parents' loot. I'm not surprised. But that's not important, really. Fleur got me a nice book on cats, some toe socks, sorrow dolls and a nice Yves Rocher spray. Other than that, not much else to report. The people who are important to me wished my happy birthday, so I'm very happy. Got an extra long call from Fleur. Some very nice mails and LJ wishes (won't mention every single one because then I might miss one and offend the person and I don't want that!) and I bummed some free stuff on RO ^.^;. So, that's nice. I keep wondering if I should have thrown a party. Since it's the big two-five... but then I realize I don't really have anybody to invite, so... guess not.

I should stop singing this. Only makes me sad. I'm fine!
