LOL! That shouldn't be too much of a problem, actually! If you're replying to this post you should be in that screen with the blue left hand bar, right? In that bar there's the option "Your Pictures" under "Your Settings". There, you follow the links to upload the pic. You know how to do that, right? It's like attaching a file to an email. You browse on your hard drive to point to the file, click "upload", done. That's the easiest way to do it. You can have up to three pics as a "free account" user, so you could actually do this three times, giving different keywords to each and then change them with the help of your LJ client (if you're using it) every time you post. This would show up in the friends-view of your friends then. ^_^
If you're not using the client, you really should! It's one nifty program!
