And I can't figure out what else is related to horses that's just two letters.

Well, which two religions have an opinion about pigs? Which major relgions are there to begin with? What relates to these religions?

As for the bull, try another male cow that's missing a piece... and what word contains bull but usually ends up only being two letters...
