LOL, well you won't find icons exactly as cute since I made it myself! (as my name on it implies >.>;) So maybe you should mention that in the userpic comments where you yoinked it from, in case people wonder why you suddenly go under the name of Silver! hehehe...
LOL... well I captured the images from the flash movie, imported them into photoshop, edited it into seperate layers and then animated it with a suitable program. Easy when you have good material.
