Tom: halflings don't, hobbits do
Me: O.o huh?
Me: for one, in LotR both terms are interchangeable
Me: and then, they live in earth cave thingies but they don't actually burrow O.o
Tom: Hobbits live in burrows
Me: yes but they don't dig into the ground like moles or something O.o
Tom: how do you think they make the caves?
