Friendslist colors?

Apparently people seem to find it interesting why I chose a certain combination of color for them. Sometimes I don't really think about it much, but most of the time I have a reason for the color combination. It's either based on your username, or something I associate with you or your default user pic (at the time I picked the color or the pic I always associate with you in my head).

So, why not make it a meme? LOL... Well if you're interested in why I chose a certain colorset for you, just drop me a line here and I'll tell you! (let's just hope I'll still remember and it won't be totally embarrassing)

One of the most present memories I have of you is the rather unexpectant birthday card I got from you two years ago (I think?). It was a very nice and sunny summer's day and I felt extremely touched to have gotten that card. So, when I think of you I'm thinking of a warm summer's day, thus the skyblue and sunny yellow. ^^

When I think of you I think of musicals and passion >.>;. Mostly related to this one usericon you had before, but also the things you post about. So your color sorta reflects that, passion, love, hatred, jealousy... emotion. Plus, you have black as a background which I tend to pick for whom I consider a strong and independent person.

That's easy, you've got the colors of Sweden because next to Kris you're the only Swede on my list (that I know of). It's blue on yellow because yellow on blue was taken (by a non-Swede >:O), but also because I associate lightness with you. Don't ask me why though.

I always thought this colorset looked kinda Digimony... not sure why thought. It's not the Digikaiser's color, is it? ^^; But that's the association I had with it anyway.

For you I went for a foresty look. Not sure why. I guess I think of Romania as large vast forests. >.>; But that's not all. I also thought about "covered" colors that create a spooky atmosphere, such as Silent Hill. Grey and red seemed too corny, so I went for a sense of mould. So uh... think of it as a mouldy forest? LOL Okay no, either of the two, not both at the same time.

The dark blue is the sky at night and the light yellow is the star in Queststar. ^^; That and it seems to fit the mood of the photos you post a lot, a dark stage and spotlight. But it really is the star in the night.

Let's see... you're a rather new LJ friend so I didn't have that much time to get to know you when I went around asigning colors. But let me try to retrace my thoughts when I chose your colorset... Actually, I just realized that your colorset was completely random (it was late that night), but now I've got a better idea and changed it to this:

It's flesh-color on tea-brown. Because every time I see your default icon I read "tea + brains" *g*
