More sadness...

Siegfried ran away yesterday. In case you don't know yet, Siegfried is my turtle. I know, everybody laughs when they hear this but I don't feel like laughing at all. Despite popular belief turtles can be rather fast when when you don't watch them they're gone with 1 hr. Of course I didn't notice him leave his pen and now he's gone... *meows sadly* We've searched everywhere, we've told all the neighbors. But he's nowhere to be found. My biggest fear is that he might have drowned in the pond. Or that someone found him when he left the property and took him away. Maybe they've got him locked in a box now T_T. Or they throw him around and play mean games with him. I'm so worried and scared... I want him back...

Ack, I'm very sorry! *huggles* I know what it's like to lose pets ;_;

*hugs* Oh honey I'm so sorry! If you get him back you should watch him constantly! I think he'll come back. I read a story recently about a turtle that was gone for one year and then returned. The expert they interviewed said it's not very unusual, that a turtal can handle winter well if they find someplace to go to sleep. Pray for him. I'll pray for him.
