Amazon na baka...
Jun. 11th, 2003 06:39 pmThey're sending me an email regarding my pre-order of Harry Potter 5, telling me my credit card had expired (which it has) and suggest I enter a new one or change to direct debit. Now that'd be all fine and dandy, but I've been paying with direct debit since day one when that stupid store was still called telebuchABC! >_<
So I mailed them:
Ladies and gentlemen,
you confuse me. I have been paying with direct debit for longer than you've probably been working here and as I can see in my settings it's still set that way. So please check, since yes, I'm still desperately interested in this article and if you let me down I will have to break down and cry.
Sincerely
Me
How neat. Not only did the salary department at work assume that my contract had been terminated even though my new one was signed and approved over a month ago, now I might not get Harry Potter 5 in time because of those retards. Just great. On the other hand it amuses me that the even have their own email-addy , just for Harry Potter! XD harrypotter5@amazon.com. *g*
