It's official, God is mocking me.

I wanted to order a b-day gift for Tom on amazon. When I was going to check it was suddenly discounted by 20$ and I thought "Yay!". Knowing how his mom tends to throw around his stuff I thought I wait a bit. Then when I wanted to order it, the discount had suddenly poofed! T_T!!! I sulked for a couple of days. Then I looked into my goldbox at amazon and saw that they were offering me almost the same thing I wanted, discounted by 20$! Hurray! Without hesitating much, I finally got it! Ships in 24 hrs! Yay! It'll arrive right in time for his b-day! Then I get their confirmation email:

Shipping estimate: December 21, 2002
Delivery estimate: December 26, 2002 - January 1, 2003

The fuck? Today's the 13th! That's 24 hrs? So I check again and it says

For delivery after December 24, this item ships for FREE with Super Saver Shipping.

-.-;;; In essence, they leave my order lying around for OVER A FUCKING WEEK just because I qualified for Super Saver??? Then I look at a list and... lo and behold...

Man, Amazon has never messed me that badly! Though i've had a bad experince with them. I bought a Book, Then i recieved a email saying that they didn't have the book in stock, so i bought the book from a differnt seller. Then i get that one, & i get the same book again! o.o; so i ended up with 2 books. I sold my friend the other book & i'm still trying to get the money from him! >
