Ooooh you know? Then spill it, quick, because my dad has asked a whole board of dentists and they all weren't too sure what it was. One even called my dad late it night after he had consulted his books... ^_^;;;
Anyway, they came up with several theories. Theory one was that it was paradontitis healing over and when scar tissue rebuilds itself back to skin it can something look sorta icky. However, since they were all ball-shaped and there was this black dot on top this theory was dismissed. Theory two is that those are some sort of grains used to rebuild jaw bones after an operation and somehow due to bad hygiene and so on it got all screwed up and the balls (augumention or something, forgot the word my dad used) came back to the surface. The dentists aren't too happy with this still, because these grains usually are white and this looks yellowish...
So, what is it??? Tell meeeeeeeeeee!!!

however, looking on the bright side, at least it's not a disease you can catch. you'd have to be VERY skanky to let it happen so you have no worries.
