*fiddles with the tie*
Oct. 10th, 2002 10:00 pmOkay, this new knot isn't working out at all. Either, the tie ends up reaching to the middle of my chest or it's touching my crotch. Sheesh... I think I need to look for a new one. I like the shape. It doesn't look so screwey as the Windsor knot, but it sucks that it won't tolerate later adjustment.
*looks around* So? I like ties! I'm still looking for a pinstriped one, but I'm happy to have found a purple, brown and green one that match my usually color choices exactly. Downside of it: suddenly it's become en vogue that everybody's wearing ties... Avril Whatchamacallit and so on... MEOW! I dun want to be one of the crowds! I've ALWAYS liked ties! I wore them when my dad didn't like the ones he got for b-day! I LOVE them! *pouts*

Date: 2002-10-11 12:07 am (UTC)Don't worry aboutwhat OTHER people are wearing, wear what YOU find comfortable. And here I was, thinking that you HAD to wear ties as a piece of your school uniform in Germany! Shows what you know.
