It's too damn hot...

Today it was so frigging hot I could barely bear it at work. I kept forgetting what I was going to write and all. And then my back started hurting like a bitch until I couldn't stand it anymore. So I decided to skip classes and went to the public pool instead. That was very relaxing. A bit lonely tho. It's not a lot of fun when you can't talk to anybody. I swam a couple of rounds though... reminded me of a time when I did tournament swimming. Sometimes I wish I could do it again... but I'm so out of it... and I feel embarrassed in my trunks. Meow... it's like a vicious circle. I'll never lose weight because I'm embarrassed to go out. *sighs*

But the day was fun anyway. Got my presentation on Gays in American Comedies tomorrow. I hope it'll turn out well... I have a lot less than all the others had in their handouts. And I fear I'll sound a lot less smarter too... Oh well... it's the best I can do... T_T

I'm rather tired I must say... I must have woken up 10 times last night. Bleh...

At least it's cooling off now...
