Woah, that's beautiful..... Jonas is really sexy here, and Amadeo's delectable as always - don't you dare cover that up! I wish I could draw like that *sighs*
Thanks! I was surprised, too, that Jonas turned out to be such a hottie! Hahahha, from his usual role in the novel I wouldn't have suspected that! *snerks*
And you're right, I'll leave Amadeo naked. Also, to avoid the impression of some romantic Gone with the Wind scenario. After all, Amadeo is the victim!
Okay, I'd like some details if you don't mind. How did you color that? Did you use your computer, markers, color pencils. It doesn't look like water color or maybe it's just paint?
I scanned in the inked picture (which I've drawn on tracing paper put on top of my pencilling), then colored the characters with Photoshop 5.5. The background was done in Painter 6.1, using the round camel hair brush, Just Add Water tool and spatter water effect.
Okay, that is the coolest thing I've ever heard of anyone do using photoshop and painter. I would love to take an art class that teaches that sort of thing in detail.
So do I, so do I... *sighs* I just don't know of any! All I know, I've taught myself. That's the good thing about Photoshop. You can find out a lot by yourself. You just need someone teach you some basics and then you can fiddle your way through it yourself.
