I can breathe again! Good! Last night my fever broke. I could feel it, like a ton of rocks suddenly slipping off my shoulders. Now I'm recovering. Hoh Lord, I can really do without that for the next couple of years. However knowing myself, it'll probably be like... eh... months. Weeks, if I'm out of luck -.-; Anyway, I'm only 1 °C above my usual temperature, my nose stopped running and my lungs have unclogged too. And I can walk again! Yay! That's when you start appreciating the small things! ^_^ *snuggles up in new blankie*

I received two belated but treasured Xmas cards today by cameron and meadowgirl! Thank you very much, you two! ^.^

How my Neopets spent Christmas...

This is a group picture that was taken at Lio and Neo's cozy cottage on Mystery Island, lovingly decorated by Cecil, the Kau.

Lio, the bookworm, is sitting on the couch, giddy as usual, holding up the latest addition to his library (which later turned out to be a boring book and was given to Neo instead). Neo, the older one of the Quiggle twins, is getting ready to raid the buffet. He was really looking forward to the nice treats that had been prepared for the Christmas dinner. Zumbles, their adopted brother, is sitting there with his silly hat, smiling softly into the camera. He's usually a bit shy, but he likes having his friends around. Cecil on the right is proud of her party turning out so nicely. Next to her is a snowbunny, given to her by Lio, and Neo's petpet Doyle. In the center of the pic is Kat, the white kougra, their mutual friend from Faerie City. Her petpet, Smoochy the blue Noil, is a bit of a spoiled brat and trying to get some of the Xmas turkey. In the back you can see Kary, the Pteri, Kat's flat mate who's a rare visitor to the Cottage. And to the right you can see Neo Jr. and Tinka fighting over some presents.

Aren't we a happy family? ^_^

And yes, if anybody's wondering, those pets are Tom's and mine! ^_~
