Try asking her which Gundam ML it was. Perhaps they archive their messages like SU does? If that was the only place he ever posted it, it's probably because he *did* borrow it from you and was afraid of being caught. Hmm...perhaps he belonged to SU at the time you were creating it, and took it to his GW ML? If you can find out his email, you can go through the SU activity archive and see if his email address was ever subscribed to the group at one time. That, or he took it from ff.net, which is possible.
This is rather like detective work, no? ^_^ I wouldn't stress about it. I'm sure it'll all work out. Perhaps, like I said earlier, it's just a misunderstanding. Maybe he actually said, "I found this 10-Steps on another ML and wanted to share it..." and his friend just missed that part. *shrugs*
