The short definition: A mook is a sap. Pure and simple. A person who, be it normal for his/her nature or not, is in at least one relationship in his/her life, adorably sweet. (Adorable to us out here in the audience, leastwise, though perhaps the individual is too dignified to accept that label. ;)
