But what the hell is that red thing on the left??? God, I suck at geography. Is that Alaska? Guess it just paints it all red when you click USA. Yup, definitely a Euro-person, ain't I? I think I need to go to Africa some day... but I've always sworn to never set foot on a country where the travel guide says "Check clothes for spiders before putting them on." Still, I need to travel more. Ireland and Spain especially. And I'm missing all of Scandinavia, too. Gah. Yes, definitely need to travel more.

Date: 2005-06-21 01:47 pm (UTC)but yes, Europeans (and Aussies) seem to enjoy traveling the globe over Americans. maybe it's cause we've just got so much to see here and it's such a huge country. *shrugs*
but hey, you've been to more than some people i've known who've lived in the US. i once dated a guy who'd NEVER been out of California except once...he was on the Cal-Neva border and went to South Lake Tahoe (it's on the border between the two states, more on the Nevada side) to gamble ONCE. now that's scary. ;)
