GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!

I've updated the Windows Media Player because I was hoping that'd help me play certain files. It didn't work. But okay, now I have an updated program. Not bad either. Or so I thought! For some strange reason it won't let me skip around! >_

ohhhh i did that too. what a bad mistake! now i am forced to use realplayer, which i hate. but even that is better than windows media. bleh!

I totally feel your pain. The Media Player is a big joke. Except it's not funny.
And I even had that problem with the skipping bar before! I don't remember how I solved that. Just waited for the next update, I guess?
I hardly ever use the program, I have some DVD software that plays almost everything.

The next update can't have fixed it since that would have been included now, wouldn't it? Stupid fucked up thing. It's not an Update, it's a Fuckup! >_

Yeah, i don't like that media player either. But my comp has 2 media players. a real basic one, and the fancy one. Try using the older one. It works fine and it doesn't have all that crap you don't need.
