My Word has suddenly decided to act up. I can't access files anymore. It always crashes and takes all of Windows with it... T_T I tried so much already... I deinstalled it, I used the repair feature, I installed bug fixes, ran a scan disk, moved my scratch disk, defragged... I'm out of options and it still doesn't work... T_T

*curls up and sniffles*

i loooove computers and software... AS long as it works.
hope you won't have to erase the HD and reinstall the OS and programs anew. such a nuisance!
