I'm so tired of dumbasses not quoting correctly and I don't want to be one of them...
So, here's the deal. I know you've all heard this quote by Henry Jenkins before:
"Fan fiction is the way of the culture repairing the damage done in a system where contemporary myths are owned by corporations instead of owned by the folk."
And I know I've read it before and I've got the book but I can't find the page it's on anymore for the love of God. Please, can ANYone tell me where in Textual Poachers this is written?? This is really very important because I need it for my paper. *hopeful*
