Apparently you can now get the Pant Devil with the Wheel of Excitement. About fucking time!!! How long do we have the Defenders of Neopia now? Half a year? At least, if not longer! And since then I haven't gotten the Pant Devil outside of the Wheel just once! I have practically all the subsequent challengers, but the Pant Devil? NO! I think this really sucks. What's the point of having this game when you can't even get the first challenger without being extremely lucky! And I really tried to push my luck! I had my inventory stuffed with rare stuff, hoping it'd attract him... but no! Anyway, now... *cackles* Now I only need to play the Wheel 12 times a day! XD!!! *sets alarm* Okay, I'm kidding, but I'll play the Wheel a lot more now! ^____^

*plays it now... gets the Lava Ghoul... -.-;*
