My cat is THE PLAGUE!!!!

First, he wakes me up at 9, waltzes into my room, annoys me, won't let me go back to sleep, then he scratches at the bedposts until I let him into the drawers underneath, then he rummages around under my bed, then meows, stares at me for 10 mins until I let him outside again! Gah! Now he always sens me around, having me escort him to his bowl, dry him up and humor him in any other possible way.
