Today is my Second Birthday...
Exactly one year ago I had a near fatal car accident. It's strange to remember that. I'm still thinking out it. At last once a week when I drive past the place where I crashed. Sometimes I don't really think about it, but then I get a funny feeling and become aware of my surrounding and see that I'm near the place. It's very weird. I get all queasy when I see crashes on TV or in a movie. MI:2 made me sick when I heard the sound of bending metal and shattering glass.
I haven't learnt a thing. I drive like a maniac, maybe even worse than I did before. I resend the fact that I bear no scars to remind me. I don't miss my old car and I love my new one. Tiny Bronce truly is mine. I haven't even caused one scratch on it so far! The older silver lady was full of bumps and scratches. So, maybe Tiny Bronco and I take care of each other...
I wish I could remember. I wish I knew what my mistake was. I wish I could avoid it next time. But I don't know. All I can remember is the terrible sound of my car turning over and the darkness when I came to, hanging upside down in my seatbelts. It's amazing how cold and dark it can be when you're surrounded by bushes and trees. My radio was still blaring and I switched it off. The song was "More human than human". I have never listened to it again. Maybe I should now... I used to like it a lot.
For some strange reason, my back hurts now.
